CORE COMPETENCIES

• The mission of Love’s House, LLC is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient Non-

  Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. 

• As a service based organization, we assist wheel-chair bound, stretcher transportable and

  ambulatory citizens meet their transportation needs.

• For-Hire Operating Authority granted by theVirginia Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) and is authorized to transport individuals as a common carrier over irregular routes.

• Vehicles are operated by qualified, licensed drivers who are employees of Love’s House, LLC. 

• The company conducts background checks, drug tests and DMV record reviews on each applicant prior to hiring and annually. 

• Each driver also receives Passenger Assistance, Safety and Sensitivity  (PASS) training by a certified Community Transportation Association of America trainer; Assisting Passengers with Special Needs training, defensive driving training, and CPR and First Aid Training every two years.

• Love’s House, LLC utilizes Wellryde, a real-time scheduling, dispatching and tracking of trips cloud-based software.
